Terms and conditions
Last updated 4 October 2026
This is a demo store, and this is a sample policy. It has not been checked by a lawyer.
These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy from us. Please read them before you place an order. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
1. About us
This website is run by Autoparel, Address to be confirmed. You can reach us at hello@autoparel.co.uk or through our contact page.
2. Your account
You can order as a guest or with an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may close accounts used for fraud or to misuse the site.
3. Ordering
- When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items. You'll see a confirmation page with your order reference.
- The contract between us starts when we accept your order, which happens when we send the items. You can follow this on your order page.
- We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was wrong. If you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is shown at checkout before you pay.
- If we find a mistake in a price after you've ordered, we'll contact you to ask whether you want to go ahead at the correct price or cancel.
- You pay when you place your order, through SumUp or PayPal.
5. Delivery
- We deliver to UK addresses only.
- Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates from the courier. We'll let you know if there's a delay.
- The items are your responsibility from the time they're delivered to you or to someone you've named.
6. Changing your mind
You can cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Our returns policy explains how.
7. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Within 30 days of delivery you can reject it for a full refund. After that, you can ask for a repair or replacement, or a refund if that's not possible. See our returns policy for how to send an item back.
8. Our responsibility to you
- We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care.
- We are not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses: our goods are for personal use.
- Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights in relation to the goods.
9. Using this website
The text, pictures and design of this website belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own use, but not copy them for anyone else's.
10. Changes and the law that applies
- We may update these terms. The version on the website when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there.
